Terms of use
Last updated: October 7, 2026
These terms govern the use of My Appointment On Time, an online scheduling and booking service for businesses. By creating an account or booking an appointment you accept them.
The service
We offer scheduling boards with hours, services, online booking, notifications, sync with external calendars, connection with AI apps and tools for your team. Some features depend on third-party services and may change.
Your account
- You must provide truthful information and keep your password secret.
- You're responsible for what the people you invite to your boards do, according to the role you give them.
- If we detect use that puts the service or other people at risk, we may suspend the account, notifying you unless that isn't possible.
Plans, trial and payments
- The free trial lasts 30 days and includes every feature.
- The Personal plan costs US$5 per month (1 board) and the Branches plan US$20 per month (up to 10 boards). Taxes may vary by country.
- If there's no active plan when the trial or a paid period ends, the account becomes read-only. We don't delete your data because of that.
- You can cancel anytime; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
AI apps
You can connect a third-party AI app to your account. It acts with your permissions and only on the boards you choose, and the actions you approve in it count as done by you. That app and its provider are governed by their own terms; we're not responsible for their answers or for how they handle the data you give them. You can revoke access from Dashboard → AI.
Your data and your customers' data
Your data is yours. We process your end customers' data on your behalf and only to provide the service, under the data processing annex below and the privacy notice. You can export or delete it anytime.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to send spam, impersonate others, infringe third-party rights, deliberately overload it or try to access data that isn't yours.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and error-free, but we can't guarantee it at all times. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to what you paid in the previous 12 months.
Changes
If we change these terms materially, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days in advance.

Annex: data processing agreement
This annex applies to businesses using the service and governs how we process, on their behalf, the personal data of their end customers and team.
- Parties and roles: the business is the controller; we are the processor.
- Subject and duration: providing the scheduling, booking, notification and sync service while the account is active.
- Data and data subjects: end customers' name, email, phone, notes, appointments and attendance; team members' account data.
- Instructions: we only process data according to your instructions, which are the settings you make in the service and these terms.
- Confidentiality and security: anyone with access to the data is bound by confidentiality; we apply the measures described in the privacy notice (encryption in transit, encrypted credentials, role-based permissions, audit logs and backups).
- Sub-processors: the providers listed in the privacy notice. We'll announce any change in advance so you can object.
- Data subject rights: we help you handle access, rectification, erasure and portability requests; the dashboard lets you export and delete data.
- Security breaches: we'll notify you without undue delay, and within 72 hours of becoming aware, with the information available.
- End of service: when you close the account you can export the data; afterwards we delete it within 30 days, unless the law requires keeping it.
- Audits: we'll give you the information needed to show we comply with this annex.
