Do my clients need to create an account?
No. They enter their name and email and confirm with a 6-digit code sent to their email. They can use that same email to see their appointments later.
How do you prevent double bookings?
When someone picks a time, we hold it for 10 minutes while they confirm. The database refuses to save two appointments in the same seat at the same time, even if they arrive at the same moment.
Which holidays are included?
Those of about 200 countries and their regions: public, bank, school and optional. You choose which ones block your schedule and can open on a specific holiday.
Does it work with Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple?
Yes. Your appointments show up in those calendars, and your events there block your schedule so nobody books over them.
Can I put it on my website?
Yes, with an iframe or one line of code. It works on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or your own HTML.
Which languages are available?
English at myappointmentontime.online and Spanish at micitaentiempo.online. Your clients get emails in the language of the site where they book.
Can my clients see other people's appointments?
Never. Each client only sees their own appointments. Your team sees what their role allows.
Where is my data stored?
On dedicated servers, with backups. You can export or delete your account at any time.
